WHO IS VANITA KROUCH?
Vanita Krouch is a veteran quarterback for the U.S. Women’s National Team and is recognized as the “Tom Brady of Flag Football.”
Fleeing the Khmer Rouge Regime, Vanita was born in the Philippines as her family escaped to the U.S. from Cambodia. Her mom settled in Texas where she raised Vanita and her three brothers.
In Texas, Vanita was introduced to sports at a young age. She excelled in basketball and earned a full scholarship to play at Southern Methodist University. Vanita became a teacher after graduation and she currently works as a P.E. teacher.
She was introduced to Flag football in 2006. She joined the U.S. national team in 2016 and was inducted into the National Flag and Touch Football Hall Fame that same year. Since then, Vanita earned 3 IFAF Medals, a Silver medal at the 2022 World Games, starred in a Super Bowl commercial, coached as the offensive coordinator for the 2023 NFC Pro Bowl team, started her own philanthropy, and is currently training for the 2028 Olympics where Flag Football will make its debut.
Vanita continues to break cultural barriers and inspire young athletes.

Inspired by her mother and her elementary school teacher, Vanita founded 4WARD APPAREL TO RECOGNIZE the people who were and are INFLUENTIAL in her life and PAY it forward to those in need.
The goal of 4WARD APPAREL is to touch as many lives as possible in a positive, loving, and impactful way. A portion of the sales will be given to individuals, families, or organizations in need.
